Terms of Service

This document is available in multiple languages for your convenience. The English version is the legally binding version. In the event of any discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of CRM.

2. Service Description

CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps businesses manage contacts, companies, deals, tasks, email campaigns, invoices, and related business processes. The service is provided as-is and may be updated from time to time.

3. Account Registration

To use CRM, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is associated with a single organization. You may not share accounts between individuals.

4. Free Trial & Subscription

Free tier

CRM offers a free tier with limited features and usage caps. The free tier may be modified or discontinued at any time with 30 days notice.

Paid plans

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. Prices are displayed before purchase and may be changed with 30 days advance notice. Unless cancelled, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into CRM. We act as a data processor on your behalf, not a data controller, for the CRM data you manage through the platform.

  • You can export your data at any time using the built-in export features
  • We will not access your data except to provide the service, for support when requested, or as required by law
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CRM to:

  • Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Upload or use purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or engage in any activity that compromises the security of the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Use the service for any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Email Campaigns

When using CRM to send email campaigns, you must:

  • Only send emails to recipients who have given their consent to receive communications from you
  • Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws, including the EU ePrivacy Directive, CAN-SPAM Act, and GDPR
  • Include a valid unsubscribe mechanism in every campaign email
  • Honor unsubscribe requests promptly β€” CRM processes unsubscribes automatically
  • Include your identity and contact information in campaign emails

Violation of email sending policies may result in immediate suspension of campaign sending privileges.

8. Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain high availability of CRM but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CRM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow retrieval, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data before account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of CRM shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
